Katherine Williams Thomas moved to the States in 2016, where she quickly realized that Louisiana cuisine often lacked variety. While many restaurants leaned heavily on fried foods, Kathy saw an opportunity to infuse something fresh and healthy into the dining scene. With her passion for cooking, she set out to create dishes that celebrate the bold flavors of Jamaica while offering a fun and nutritious twist. This is where it all started and where Kathyz Ja Jerk began to evolve....
